Andrew J. Lemmenes

 

Andy graduated from Pella High School in 2000. He went on to study at the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in History with a minor in Political Science/Law. From there he attended the University of Iowa where he received his JD and MBA degrees.

 

After law school Andy began work at Baker, Johnsen and Sandblom and was admitted to the Iowa Bar in September 2008. In 2014, Andy became a partner and the firm name changed to Baker, Johnsen, Sandblom and Lemmenes.

 

Andy is married to Katy Lemmenes and they have three children: Ellie, Jonah and Lydia. They attend Oak Hill Church in Humboldt.  In his free time Andy enjoys spending time with his kids, basketball, triathlons, fishing, and hunting .  Andy is an avid fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes no matter the final score of the game or their record.

Neven J. Conrad

 

Neven graduated from St. Edmond High School in Fort Dodge in 2007.  He received his bachelors degree from the University of Northern Iowa while majoring in political science with a pre-law minor.  He attended Drake University where he earned his law degree.  

 

Following graduation, Neven was admitted to the Iowa Bar and started as an associate with Baker, Johnsen and Sandblom. In 2018, Neven became partner and the firm name changed to Conrad & Lemmenes.

 

Neven is married to Fort Dodge native Cari (Lawler) Conrad and they have three children: Reid, Duke, and Kase. They attend Holy Trinity Parish in Fort Dodge.  Neven and Cari both have family in the area and they enjoy spending time with them whenever possible.  In 2015, Neven was elected to an at-large seat with the Fort Dodge City Council and was reelected to that position in 2019. Outside of work, you can find Neven enjoying time with family or volunteering with various organizations.  Aside from volunteer efforts, Neven enjoys fishing, (regardless of whether or not he actually catches anything), and cherishes the opportunity to take a trip up to Canada whenever possible.
